Did you know you don’t have to go far to find water park fun this summer? There’s a water park right here in Southern Maryland!
Located in downtown Chesapeake Beach not far from the Bay, the Chesapeake Beach Water Park features water slides for all levels, a lazy river, pools, and places to splash for even the littlest swimmers. The park opened for weekends only last month; it will begin daily summer hours on Friday, June 9.
Open since 1995, the water park is operated by the town of Chesapeake Beach, and Chesapeake Beach and Calvert County residents pay reduced entry fees. Season passes are available. The water park’s calendar includes special events, character days, and Friday “Night Slides” when the park is open later. The park also offers swim lessons and can host birthday parties.
