Know this: when you attend an Open House, the real estate agent sitting the Open House represents the seller. Make sure to have a REALTOR that works for you as the buyer. Expect to complete a sign in sheet. Sellers ask to have all visitors sign in and in many cases the agent may call you to get your feedback as they really want to sell the house!
