The St. Mary’s County Mediation Center will host the Summer’s End: Dance Your Troubles Away dinner, dance, and auction on Friday, Sept. 6, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Breton Bay Inn, 21890 Society Hill Road in Leonardtown.
Tickets are $50 per person. Proceeds from the event enable the center to help people in St. Mary’s County through mediation.
Enjoy music by Gretchen and Randy Richie and a silent auction featuring antiques and original paintings.

Celebrate Woodstock at Scholarship Fundraiser
Want to relive your memories of the original Woodstock? Unable to make it to the iconic music festival 50 years ago? Check out Bushwoodstock III in Leonardtown this weekend!
Bushwoodstock III will take place Saturday, Sept. 7, from 2 to 8 p.m. on the Leonardtown Wharf. The family-friendly concert features a variety of bands and will commemorate the 50th anniversary of Woodstock.
Proceeds from Bushwoodstock III will benefit scholarships.

Welcome Autumn at Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser
Enjoy live music, great wines, and a silent auction at the 22nd Annual Autumn Wine Tasting!
The Charles Regional Medical Center Foundation will host its annual event on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Port Tobacco Courthouse, 8430 Commerce St. in Port Tobacco. Tickets are $100 per person for tasters and $45 for designated drivers. VIP Tickets are sold out.
Guests will be treated to live music, samplings of more than 30 wines, specialty beverages, an open bar, selections of more than a dozen cuisine stations hosted by area restaurants, and a cigar lounge. Proceeds will help fund ongoing projects at the Medical Center to meet the growing needs of
the community.
