These occur in the evenings when potential buyers are on their way home from work or en route to some fun summer destination.
Another great tip? Showcase the outdoor areas of your home! Whether you have a great patio or deck, inviting pool, or fun backyard, don’t forget to stage and set up these areas for summer open houses and home tours. Buyers are thinking summer fun when they visit; show them how they could have summer fun right at home!
