Find Something Unique at the Spring Fair
Second District Valley Lee Company 6 Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad Auxiliary invite you to the Spring Craft and Vendor Fair! The
event will take place Saturday, March 16, from, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St.
Mary’s County Fairgrounds, 42455 Fairgrounds Road in Leonardtown.
You’ll find handmade items like jewelry, scarves, candles, knit items, accessories, artwork, baked goods and more. Plus, there will be stuffed ham sandwiches for sale and vendor food trucks selling food and drinks.

Summerseat Celebration Fetes the Farm’s Animals
The animals are the real stars of the show at Summerseat Farm in Mechanicsville, and this weekend you can celebrate them!
Summerset presents “For the Love of Our Animals” on Saturday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fundraiser benefits the critters who live
on the farm. Activities include hay ride, face painting, Civil War reenactors, crafts, and more. You can also tour the manor house and watch demonstrations. Don’t forgot your camera!
Admission is free, but donations for veterinarian costs and animal
supplies are appreciated.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Irish Dancing
Can you think of a better way to mark St. Patrick’s Day than with some Irish dancing?
The Calvert Library’s Prince Frederick branch will host the O’Grady-Quinlan Academy of Irish Dance for a performance on Saturday, March 16, from 2 to 3 p.m. The library is located at 850 Costley Way in Prince Frederick.
