Calvert Marine Museum Presents Concert of British Folk Music

The Calvert Marine Museum is proud to present its 2019 Spring Maritime Performance Series!

The next performance in the series will take place Friday, June 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the museum, which is located at 14200 Solomons Island Road S in Solomons.

John Connolly and Rob van Sante will perform music based in the British folk tradition. Connolly is an internationally respected singer-songwriter
known for his thought-provoking, tuneful, and often outrageously funny songs. Netherlands native van Sante’s sensitive guitar accompaniments and vocal harmonies complement John’s songs. Together, they provide a thoroughly entertaining evening of good music and great humor.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the performance begins at 7 p.m. Beer and wine are available for purchase.

Tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit http://www.calvertmarinemuseum.com/231/Maritime-Performance-Series.
